BIS Benefits offers many options for the young single adult looking for medical or health insurance. One of our options is the new Tonik option provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia.
Tonik is the tonic when it comes to providing the right health insurance for young adults between the ages of 19 – 29 years old. Tonik plans offer individuals simple, affordable, benefit-rich medical coverage via a quick online quote.
Tonik offers “head-to-toe” coverage with medical benefits paid at 100% once the annual deductible is met and includes Rx, dental and vision benefits.
Three Tonik plans are offered:
- “Calculated Risk Taker” --$1,500 deductible/$40 office visit co-pay
- “Part-Time Daredevil” --$3,000 deductible/$30 office visit co-pay
- “Thrill Seeker” - $5,000 deductible/$20 office visit co-pay
Tonik plans are sold only as individual plans. Tonik does not offer family coverage and there are no benefits for maternity or complications of pregnancy.
