Betsy began her journey with BIS 17 years ago when she joined as a receptionist. Through hard work, sharp instincts, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, she rose through the ranks—first to Office Manager, and ultimately to her current role leading her Operations Team. Her deep knowledge of the company and her genuine care for both clients and colleagues make her the ultimate poster child for BIS Benefits.



Betsy and her husband Alan, of 38 years, live in Crabapple. Together, they’ve raised three wonderful children—Haley, Devin, and Lexi—and share their home with Cooper, a mischievous rescue pup known for swiping treats off the kitchen counter.

Whether she’s streamlining processes at work or hosting family dinners at home, Betsy brings warmth, wisdom, and a touch of humor to everything she does.
