Ryann Prathaftakis

Vice President of People and Culture

Ryann has been in the insurance industry for over a decade, beginning her career on the carrier side with a focus on corporate wellness. She joined BIS Benefits in 2019 and, after several years working directly with clients, transitioned fully into leadership to focus on shaping the employee experience.

In 2021, Ryann joined the BIS Benefits Leadership Team. Now serving as Vice President of People and Culture, she channels her passion for fostering strong relationships, developing strategies, supporting employee growth both personally and professionally, and nurturing a positive, thriving culture across the organization.

Ryann has an incredible son who keeps her active and creative. They live in North Georgia with their dog, Rue. She enjoys outdoor activities from hiking to pickleball, traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, curling up with a good book, and indulging her sweet tooth.
